Sunday Gymnastics Birthday Parties

Our gymnastics birthday parties include 1 hour of free play in our gym, using all of our equipment - swing on the bars, balance on the beams, jump on the springboards, trampette and trampolines, explore our air tracks, pits, blocks and wedges, climb on the climbing wall and play with the soft play!

As well as an hour of free play, our parties can include 30 minutes of party food, a birthday cake and sweetie party bags. The birthday child and all party guests (aged 4-15 years) will receive one free 1-hour gymnastics session with us, to be redeemed after the party.

Base Party Cost = £175:

~ Includes 1 hour of gymnastics for up to 20 children (including the birthday child)

~ Party times - choose from:

~ 9:30-10:30am (or 9.30-11am if booking Party Food)

~ 11:45am-12:45pm (or 11:45am-1:15pm if booking Party Food)

~ 2-3pm (or 2-3:30pm if booking Party Food)

~ 4:15-5:15pm (or 4:15-5:45pm if booking Party Food)

Optional Extras:

~ 30 minutes of party food. Choose from:

~ Cold Food buffet = £55 (gluten-free and vegan options upon request)

~ Hot and Cold Party Food = £70 (gluten-free and vegan options upon request)

~ Pancake Party! = £50 (please contact us to enquire about availability of gluten-free options)

~ Birthday cake = £35

~ Sweetie party bags = £2.25 per party bag (contains sweeties - vegetarian and vegan options available upon request)

~ Up to 4 extra children can be added above the 20 children limit at a cost of £8 per additional child (maximum 24 children in total)

~ Viva Gymnastics Club members benefit from 10% off Optional Extras (includes any Party Food option and Birthday Cake; excludes Party Bags).

Your party date is secured by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket for a deposit of 20% of the Base Party Cost.
