Managing your account on our website

You can manage your account with us from our website at any time, by logging in using the email address and password you chose when you signed up with us; just go to the 'Log In' button in the top right-hand corner of the website (you can use the 'Forgot Password' link if you have forgotten your password).
Once you are logged in, that same button in the top right-hand corner becomes a dropdown menu so you can manage your account:
In 'My Subscriptions' you can view all active and expired subscriptions (membership plans), as well as being able to cancel active subscriptions and check or change the payment method for any active subscriptions.
'My Bookings' shows you any upcoming (and past) sessions you have/your gymnast has booked or been booked into. From here you can also book into further sessions.
In 'My Wallet' you can view and manage existing payment methods and add new payment methods.
In 'My Account' you can update your personal information, such as your name, email address and phone number. It is important this information is kept correct and up-to-date, as this is how we will contact you about your sessions and your gymnast. You can also change your login details from here.
