Service Description

Adult fitness sessions for those aged 16+. Sessions start with gentle stretching and a spot of light cardio, followed by a mixture of structure and own time to train on the equipment, then finish with a gentle cool down with more stretching. There is no participant upper age limit - our current class includes participants aged from 16 to 70! Come and join us for a fun and friendly workout session :) Please note, there are limited parking spaces at the Unit so we cannot guarantee parking; however, there are some parking alternatives nearby. Day: Mondays Time: 7.15-8.15pm Age: 16+ (no upper age limit!)
