Perfect for little ones on the move, our "Little Stars" sessions are semi-structured and suitable for children from walking age to 4 years (pre-school). Our sessions start with a sit-down sensory circle warm-up, then little ones can explore the gymnastics environment and equipment - bars, beam, floor, vault, and trampolines - through play. This is a parent-supported session. You will be actively moving around the gym with your child and helping them to explore. Coaches will be on-hand to support and guide, helping little explorers to understand the basics of movement, as well as learn shapes, balance, walking, jumping, and gross and fine motor skills. AGE: walking to 4 years (pre-school) TIME: 9.10-9.50am DAY: choose from Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays (one session per week, same day each week, runs in term-time only) DATES: Term 1: starts on Monday 12th January, last session on Wednesday 11th February Term 2: starts on Monday 23rd February, last session on Wednesday 25th March COST: £6 per session (first session free when paying for a term) - Term 1 (5 weeks) = £24 - Term 2 (5 weeks) = £24 - The cost covers one participating child and their accompanying parent (babes in arms are free of charge) LOCATION: Unit 8D, Block C, Skill Centre, Limberline Spur, Hilsea, PO3 5LF
