Invite Only - Next Phase Trial

Congratulations - your gymnast has been identified as being talented and has been invited to our Next Phase Trial. This invitation-only session is aimed at helping progress your gymnast's development along their gymnastics pathway, with the potential of furthering their skills and opening up avenues that may include both internal and external British Gymnastics competitions.

In addition to this invite-only session on Wednesday 16th April, we are also holding an open talent ID session on Tuesday 15th April to which all gymnasts are invited. Your gymnast is welcome to attend the Tuesday session instead, however we have invited you to this invite-only higher-level talent ID session on Wednesday specifically because your gymnast has been identified as being talented, so this would be the better session for them to attend.

Using the NDP pathway guides, we will look at the 5 piece apparatus to check in with development, with the aim of progressing into the next phase of squad sessions. All gymnasts will be given the same core skills, conditioning and stretches. Snacks and a drink will be provided at the end of the trial before regular training starts.
