Saturday Gymnastics Birthday Party - 28 November 2026 @ 2.30pm
Book your fun-filled gymnastics party for up to 16 children (including the birthday child) with 1 hour of free play in our gym, using all equipment. Optional extras include party food (hot food or cold buffet), birthday cake, party bags and up to 8 additional children (for a maximum of 24 children).

About the event
Our gymnastics birthday parties include 1 hour of free play in our gym, using all of our equipment - swing on the bars, balance on the beams, jump on the springboards, trampette and trampolines, explore our air tracks, pits, blocks and wedges, climb on the climbing wall and play with the soft play!
As well as an hour of free play (2:30-3:30pm), our parties can include 30 minutes of party food (3:30-4pm), a birthday cake and sweetie party bags. The birthday child and all party guests (aged 4-15 years) will receive one free 1-hour gymnastics session with us, to be redeemed after the party.

Base Party Cost = £175:
~ Includes 1 hour of gymnastics for up to 16 children (including the birthday child)
~ Party time = 2:30-3:30pm
Optional Extras:
~ 30 minutes of party food (your party will end at 4pm). Choose from:
~ Standard Cold Food Buffet for up to 16 Children = £65;
~ Standard Hot and Cold Party Buffet for up to 16 Children = £75;
~ Add-On Plate = £8 per Child (This is a plate of allergen-free food for a child with food allergies. If you require an allergen-free plate for any of your guests, please choose this option and also contact us by email on admin@viva-gymnastics.club to discuss your requirements);
~ Birthday cake = £40;
~ Donut birthday cake = £20;
~ Up to 8 extra children can be added above the 16 children limit at a cost of £30 (for a maximum of 24 children in total). If you are also ordering Party Food, your £30 will cover food for the additional up to 8 children;
~ Self Catering option = Free;
~ Decoration of the Party Area by our team = £5;
~ A visit from Tina or Terence the T-Rex and Ursula the Unicorn = £10;
~ Viva Gymnastics Club members benefit from 10% off Party Food, Birthday/Donut Cake and Dinosaur/Unicorn visit.
Your party date is secured by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket for a deposit of 20% of the Base Party Cost.

~ Base Party Cost for birthday party (for up to 16 children including the birthday child) = £175 ~ 20% deposit of Base Party Cost = £35 ~ This non-refundable 20% deposit is towards the Base Party Cost only and does not include Optional Extras. Payment for any Optional Extras must, alongside the remaining 80% of the Base Party Cost, be made by no later than 14 days before the party date (you will be emailed an invoice for the outstanding amount).

Hot&Cold Food: £75 (pay later)
You may purchase this ticket if you wish to add a mixed Hot Party Food and Cold Party Food Buffet for up to 16 children to your birthday party. The cost for this is £75 and this amount will be payable no later than 14 days before the date of your party. You will be invoiced for this and any other Optional Extras, as well as the remaining 80% of the Base Party Cost, no later than 14 days before the date of your party.

You may purchase this ticket if you wish to add a Birthday Cake for up to 16 children to your birthday party. You may purchase this ticket if you wish to add a Donut Birthday Cake for up to 16 children to your birthday party. The cost for this is £20 and this amount will be payable no later than 14 days before the date of your party. You may purchase this ticket if you wish to add up to 8 additional children to your birthday party booking (above the 16 child limit, to a maximum of 24 children in total). The cost for up to 8 additional children is £30 and this amount will be payable no later than 14 days before the date of your party. You will be invoiced for this and any other Optional Extras, as well as the remaining 80% of the Base Party Cost, no later than 14 days before the date of your party.

An Add-On Plate is a plate of allergen-free party food for guests who have food allergies. The cost of an Add-On Plate is £8 per child and this amount will be payable no later than 14 days before the date of your party. You will be invoiced for this and any other Optional Extras, as well as the remaining 80% of the Base Party Cost, no later than 14 days before the date of your party.

Self Catering Option: Free
You may purchase this ticket if you wish to bring your own food to your birthday party. This option includes 30 minutes in our Party Area (3.30-4pm). There is no charge for use of our Party Area, but please be aware that this option does NOT include use of our kitchen and we are unable to store any food in our kitchen or fridges/freezers.

We are very happy to provide colourful plates, table covers and a birthday banner for your party. You are also welcome to bring your own decorations if you would prefer.

SurpriseVisit: £10 (pay later)
You can purchase this ticket if you would like a surprise visit from Terry/Tina the T-Rex or Ursula the Unicorn! For 15 minutes during Party Food time, our inflatable friend will make a surprise visit to invade the gym and entertain/terrorise the children while they're eating (we're joking - mild peril only). PLEASE NOTE: This option is only available if you have ordered Party Food or the Self-Catering option, as the surprise visit can only take place while there are no children in the gym area.
