Reminder ~ Jewellery

Earrings should be removed before sessions by parents.

If earrings cannot be removed because the gymnast's ears have been pierced within six weeks, parents should tape the ears to protect from injury.

If jewellery cannot be removed for cultural or religious reasons, we ask that it is covered up safely.
