Viva Gymnastics' Badge Award Scheme is now available to join for £20 for the year. The annual scheme tracks your gymnast's progress through our inclusive badge awards and includes:
- Four Viva certificates and badges per year;
- End of the year completion award;
- Single annual payment of £20 (please CHECK whether you have already bought the Badge Scheme for the year before purchasing - simply log into your account on the website, click on the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on "My Subscriptions").
PLEASE NOTE: The next Badge Week will be around Easter time. Further details will be sent out closer to the time.
Badge Award Scheme
It will not be possible to refund the cost of the Badge Award Scheme. Your payment will cover the cost of the 4 badges and certificates ordered for your child throughout the year.
However, if you accidentally purchase the Badge Scheme twice (a duplicate purchase), please email admin@viva-gymnastics.club and we will consider issuing a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Please DO NOT try to reclaim money via your payment provider, as we are charged a non-refundable fee which, as a small children’s charity, has a significant impact on us. If you reclaim money from us and it is deemed to be unfair, we reserve the right to seek to recover the funds, including any fees we have been charged as a result of the clawback, and we reserve the right to refuse future service to you.
We are always happy to work with you to find a mutually satisfactory resolution, including discussing refunds with you via the procedure outlined above.
PLEASE NOTE: You must enrol your gymnast in the Badge Scheme no later than the day before their session during Badge Week in order for them to receive their badge and certificate. If you miss the deadline, your gymnast will need to wait 3 months for the next Badge Week. Badge Week is held every 3 months and PLEASE NOTE: The next Badge Week will be around Easter time. Further details will be sent out closer to the time.
