We’re so excited to remind you just how amazing your account on the Viva website is! You can sign into your account using the email address you bought your gymnast's membership plan under. If you ever need to reset your password, just follow the simple instructions instead of creating a new account.
If you accidentally create multiple accounts by making purchases under different email addresses - of membership plans, event tickets or items from the Shop - we have no way of linking the accounts together. So if you buy the Badge Scheme under a different email address for example, we won't know who the badge is for because it won't be under your gymnast's account.
The best thing to do is to always log into your gymnast's account, so your purchases can be linked to your gymnast. You can message us through your account as well, which is a faster way of getting in touch with us than via email or Facebook.
